Agreement

By creating an account or using Jyurniq at www.jyurniq.in, you agree to these terms, our privacy policy, and our refunds & cancellations policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Jyurniq is a personal travel log. You can claim a username, record journeys, publish stories, customise your public profile, and use optional paid features such as Pro access, Jyurnels, and à la carte unlocks. Features may change over time. Free access today does not guarantee every feature remains free forever; we will communicate material pricing changes clearly.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
You are responsible for activity under your account.
Usernames must follow our naming rules and may be reclaimed if they infringe rights or abuse the platform.
We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or harm other travellers.

Your content

You own the content you upload. You grant Jyurniq a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service and according to the visibility you choose.

You confirm you have the rights to the material you post (including photos) and that it does not violate law or others’ rights.

Acceptable use

No illegal, harassing, or hateful content.
No spam, scraping abuse, or attempts to break security.
No impersonation or misleading claims about identity.
No uploading malware or content that exploits minors in any way.
No abuse of payments, rewards, or referral systems (including fraudulent chargebacks or artificial Jyurnel farming).

Paid features, Jyurnels, and Pro

Some layouts, widgets, designs, and time-limited Pro access are sold for Indian Rupees (INR) and/or Jyurnels. Prices shown at checkout are the amounts you agree to pay.

Jyurnels are a digital in-app balance used to unlock catalogue items and related features. They are not legal tender, have no cash value outside Jyurniq, and are generally not transferable between accounts.
Pro grants access to Pro-included catalogue items for the duration purchased (for example monthly or yearly), subject to the product description at checkout.
À la carte unlocks grant the listed feature to your account when payment or Jyurnel spend succeeds.
Purchases are fulfilled digitally to the signed-in account that completes checkout. Keep your login secure.

Payments

Card, UPI, netbanking, and other methods offered at checkout are processed by our payment partner (currently Cashfree Payments). We do not store your full card details. Payment processors may collect information needed to complete the transaction under their own terms and privacy policies.

You authorise us (and our processor) to charge the amount shown for the selected product. Orders may be declined for suspected fraud, incomplete KYC on the processor side, or technical errors.

Holiday bookings and third parties

Destination listings or booking enquiries are informational leads unless we say otherwise. Third-party providers have their own terms; Jyurniq is not responsible for their services or fulfilment.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is”. Travel information you or others publish may be incomplete or outdated. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that public content will remain online forever. Paid digital features may be unavailable during outages; we will restore access or, where appropriate, credit your account as described in the refunds policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Jyurniq is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, paid features, or reliance on travel content shared by users. Our total liability relating to a paid purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for that purchase.

Termination

You may stop using Jyurniq at any time. We may limit or end access if these terms are broken or if we discontinue the product. Unused Jyurnels and active Pro periods may end with the account; see the refunds policy for when a refund may apply.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Material changes to paid products will be communicated where practical.
